Consultants are basically aggravating companions. They always know more than you, they are expensive - and most of the time they take French leave just when they are needed the most: during the realization of their know-it-all suggestions. At least, that was my experience when I was still employed as a board member and troubleshooter at an international corporation.

So it's no wonder I never offer our clients that kind of platonic consulting today. Instead, I offer the kind of service I always wanted: Our team of consultants does not only give advice. We coach top management, middle management and team managers until they are guaranteed to turn our concepts into genuine success. We don't just make suggestions and create ideas, we roll up our sleeves and tackle the changes in your company up front, so that projects reach their goals fast and managers are supported during implementation.

You might find us at our headquarters in Ljubljana, but only during the development and conception of our international projects. Most of the time we are directly onsite with our clients in Central and Southern Europe. Because successful realization of a project simply requires a personal presence during the most important phase of a project: putting it into practice.

By the way, it is very possible that we have already met. Not personally, but in a literary sense: You can read several articles and columns written by me in book form.
